STANDARD WARRANTY (NO CHARGE) 2year/24,000-mile warranty

*Labor rate/Parts Coverage: The labor rate Stephan’s Auto Haus will pay is limited to $ 80.00 per hour and will be paid according to labor warranty guides Mitchell or All-data or our experience.  Customer must Contact Stephan’s Auto Haus prior to any repairs and must be authorized by the Service Adviser or owner of Stephan’s Auto Haus.  We provide replacements for failed parts to customer’s choice of repair facility which will be dropped shipped to customer's approved repair facility.  Stephan’s Auto Haus must have an opportunity to diagnose and repair if vehicle is within 200 miles of our location at 3950 Attawa Ave Sacramento, CA.  It is the customer's responsibility to have vehicle driven or towed to our facility. Stephan’s Auto Haus will not be responsible for alternate transportation, food, or hotel accommodations.

ULTIMATE WARRANTY (ADDITIONAL CHARGE) Extends standard warranty to 36 months or 36k miles.

Same applies as per the Standard Warranty.  Labor Rate/Parts Coverage is 100% of outside labor rate and paid by Stephan’s Auto Haus (Limited to $ 120.00 per hr).  Replacement for failed parts to be provided/authorized by Stephan's Auto Haus at no cost to the customer.  Warranty will be honored for the duration of the warranty.

***Important notice about labor hour determination:
In the event that Stephan’s Auto Haus Authorizes another shop to perform warranty repairs, the number of labor hours Stephan’s Auto Haus authorizes will be determined from the Mitchell or All-data labor guide or our experience only. It is not up to the discretion of the shop or technician to determine how long the repair should take.
